Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please email info@lacelow.shop with your order number to request a cancellation.

2. After 24 Hours

Once your order has been processed or shipped by our suppliers, we are unable to cancel it as it is already in transit.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or refund where applicable.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.
